    Previously nonverbal, Child A began using functional speech during the study period — for example, asking for television or water — indicating emerging context-appropriate verbal communication.

    He also initiated, for the first time, an interactive "hide-the-phone" game with his father: a clear shift from passive reaction to intentional, reciprocal play, with evident joint attention.
    Caregivers reported fewer outbursts and a steadier mood across daily routines.

    The change extended beyond sleep. Rigid behavioral control gave way to emotionally safe, natural interaction: the child expressed needs clearly, participated in family play, and responded to caregivers with trust — demonstrating self-regulation without external pressure.
